In addition to technical support for installation or configuration of the iScen tool, available by ticket to all license holders, you can purchase a subscription to the Premium Support program: you’ll have access to personalized advice and assistance in designing and fine-tuning scenarios, or on how to use the tool: we can advise you on the best way to design your scenario to make it simpler, faster to design, or more optimal to run. We can also help you with design or bugs. This personalized assistance is limited to a total of 18 hours per year per “Premium” subscription (or 1h30 per month for shorter subscriptions).
