iScen also offers the possibility to share your scenarios in order to make them available to other iScen users. This share has several operating options.
- Sharing in “private” mode: the scenario is not visible on the website, and only iScen users with a specific password will be able to download it: this option could, for example, enable scenario designers to make them available to trainers within the same organization.
- Sharing in “public” mode: in this case, the scenario is listed on the website and visible to any iScen user. For downloading, there are two options: “free and open” access for all. Or “restricted access”: in this case, a user will have to ask the author of the scenario for authorization. If the author wishes, this can be invoiced to the user as a transfer of license (such a transfer of license remains an agreement freely and exclusively concluded between the user and the author of the scenario, without involvement of the iscen.net site or its publisher).
